Found anything defective with your purchased item? We will refund your purchase, including shipping, within 5 business days from the day of purchase or the day of receipt of goods. If you found something wrong with the item, call or email our store right away. You will be required to ship back or return the defective item to receive your refund.

All other exchanges must be done within 5 days in original condition, with original unopened packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

Shipping expenses are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
